Transmission – Major Upgrade in Progress
During final drivability evaluation, it was determined that a full transmission replacement was the correct and responsible repair rather than a partial or short-term fix.
As a result, this vehicle is receiving a professionally remanufactured and upgraded ZF 6HP26 transmission, sourced from a Land Rover transmission specialist that focuses specifically on correcting the known factory weaknesses of these units.
Rather than installing a used transmission or performing minimal internal repairs, the replacement unit has been completely disassembled, rebuilt, and upgraded to improve durability and longevity beyond the original factory design.
Transmission Rebuild Includes:
New steel and friction clutch packs
New torque converter
Updated and upgraded mechatronics unit
New shift solenoids
New internal filter
All new seals and O-rings throughout
Fully dyno tested prior to installation
24-month / unlimited-mile warranty on the transmission itself
These upgrades address common ZF 6HP26 issues such as harsh shifting, clutch wear, torque converter failure, and drivability faults that are well documented on this platform.
This transmission replacement represents a multi-thousand-dollar investment and is being completed prior to sale to ensure the next owner is not inheriting known drivetrain issues.
Air Suspension – Finalization in Progress
The air suspension system has received significant recent service; however, a minor overnight front-end sag is still being addressed as part of final mechanical sorting.
Current behavior:
Front suspension may settle slightly overnight
Ride height returns to normal immediately upon startup
No drivability or ride quality concerns once the system is active
To resolve this correctly, the front suspension system is being methodically reworked, including:
Full disassembly and re-inspection of all front air line connections
Re-seating and pressure testing to eliminate any micro-leaks
Replacement of the recently installed front valve block with another new unit as a precautionary measure
This work is being done to fully eliminate the issue rather than masking symptoms or rushing the vehicle to market.
Front Suspension & Steering Notes
Front control arms show typical age-related wear for this platform
No current clunking or abnormal drivability concerns
Pennsylvania state inspection will determine whether replacement is required
If needed, control arm replacement is straightforward; alignment would be required
Overfinch Equipment & Verification Status
During inspection, this vehicle was found to be equipped with a confirmed Overfinch performance muffler system. Interior trim and overall presentation also appear more refined than a typical Range Rover Sport Supercharged of this era.
Based on these observations, it is possible the vehicle received Overfinch dealer-installed or owner-selected upgrades at some point in its life.
An inquiry has been submitted directly to Overfinch to determine whether this VIN was part of an original Overfinch build or upgrade program. Verification is pending.

Deposits and Holding Policy
A $250 deposit is required to hold a vehicle for up to 7 days.
Deposits can be made via phone (credit card) or in person (cash or check).
Deposits are generally non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of D90 Auto Sales.
A restocking fee may apply in the event of a cancellation.
Payment and Shipping

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or AmEx for deposits only
Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise arranged. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damage once the vehicle leaves our location.
Fees & Documentation
PA buyers are responsible for sales tax, title, registration, lien fees (if applicable), and a documentation fee.
Out-of-state buyers are responsible for a $324 doc fee and their home state sales tax.
A temporary tag is available for $65 and must be issued through a local notary.
All buyers must provide a valid driver's license and insurance prior to finalizing the sale.
